Richard Quinn: seduction and couture

Richard Quinn presents his winter collection in the frame of London fashion week and to the poignant notes of “Adagio for Strings” played by the London Chamber Orchestra. The designer pays homage to haute couture from the very first looks of the show.

A-line coats, floral tapestry prints and wide-brimmed hats parade along with body dresses with hoods pulled over the shoulders and XL caftan dresses. The show is an ode to tailoring with references to eighteenth-century costumes and an exaltation to some iconic pieces by Monsieur Dior and Yves saint Lauren.
