Monaco promises to radiate romance on Valentine’s Day as it plays host to The Grand Ball of Princes and Princesses at the Hôtel de Paris. The charitable event, which reflects the glamour and elegance of the principality, is the highlight of the winter social calendar.

Celebrate your favourite fairytale come to life this winter in the principality with The Grand Ball of Princes and Princesses on February 14th, 2019. Under the High Patronage of H.S.H Prince Albert II of Monaco, the Salle Empire of the Hôtel de Paris will be the setting for a magical event designed to celebrate eternal love in a setting synonymous with Monaco’s luxury lifestyle.

After the incredible success of past events such as this year’s Venice in Monaco – The Grand Masked Ball, creator and artistic director Delia Grace Noble has returned with an experience that is set to be the most opulent yet. Guests will be swept up in true romance on Valentine’s Day as they are treated to an enchanting program of song and dance, accompanied by a menu created by a Michelin-starred chef and the fine of wines.

The principal theme of the event is aimed to provide an extraordinary kingly ambience where all the nobles and top-class people having the souls of Princes and Princesses will cheerfully take the departure from the quotidian life to the fancies of mystical fables and reveries  The Grand Ball of Princes and Princesses organisers promise.

An exclusive mix of A-List guests and high-class gentries and nobilities from around the world will in attendance, including royalty and film stars, all dressed in only the finest of costumes. For the Princes, the dress code is strictly military uniform or tails, while the Princesses will sweep their partners off their feet in floor-length ball gowns.

Artists, singers, and dancers will entertain the guests while a Gala Dinner is served before it is the turn of the Princes and Princesses themselves to take to the floor of the exquisite Salle Empire inside the legendary Hôtel de Paris.

The Grand Ball of Princes and Princesses premiered in Venice at the opening of the 75th annual Venice Film Festival. One of the most exclusive parties of the entire festival, the ball was held in the grand Belmond Hotel Cipriani. The historic lagoon-front hotel proved a majestic setting for an event that combined the glamour of Monaco with the romance of Venice.

A lyric soprano who has sung with Andrea Bocelli and UNICEF Ambassador, Delia Grace Noble is a Monaco resident and the organiser of these sophisticated celebrations. With a passion for promoting the magnificence of the principality through glamorous events that bring the fantastic to life, she comments that: “the fairytales you heard in your childhood will not remain an imaginative story anymore. This Valentine’s Day, the Prince Charming or the Princess of Dreams you watched in your reveries will not just be in your thoughts. A night has come where all your fantasies of royalty and revelries will revolve into an unforgettable reality of your life at the fairyland of Monte Carlo!”

To complete the fairytale experience, packages can be booked to include two nights accommodation at the Hôtel de Paris and a helicopter transfer between Nice and Monaco.

All funds raised during the Gala Dinner will be donated to the Fondation Princesse Grace and a pink ball dress worn by Her Serene Highness Princess Grace of Monaco to the 1966 ‘Centennial Ball’ will be displayed for guests to admire during the event.
